Minutes of Cemetery Commission on Tuesday, September 3, 2013
Meeting convened at 6:30 p.m.

Ron reviewed minutes from last meeting regarding Elaine Aruda visit and discussion regarding money available through Trust Funds.
Anthony O’Donnell arrived 6:40
Discussion regarding Greenlawn clean up – Pat Donahue brought up the idea of having an annual inspection of all cemeteries. Ron is concentrating on cleaning up four major areas of cemetery – main gate, grand army area, office area, Walter Street (middle gate) to small pond.
Elaine Milo made motion to take up to 20K from perpetual care to cover dead tree/wood clean up. Joanne Mizioch seconded, motion passed.
Ron getting prices for Dickson stairs.
Brief Charter Street discussion.
Christine Lutts gave overview of Friends of Greenlawn and invited everyone to tour scheduled for October 12. Beverly McSwiggin gave testimony to Greenlawn as more than just a cemetery and expressed her desire, along with Christine, to see it maintained well for all to enjoy.
